"Our Framer-hosted site ([login to view URL]) is barely usable right now. Pages take ages to appear, key elements vanish or shift, and the whole thing occasionally crashes. I have already verified this behaviour on desktop, tablet, and smartphone, so the problem is universal, not device-specific.

All source assets—3D scenes, illustrations, and interactions—sit safely in Spline. Nothing needs redesigning; we just need the build corrected so every asset renders properly and loads quickly. The mobile view must replicate the desktop layout pixel for pixel rather than collapsing into a separate responsive version.

What I need from you
• Re-implement the existing design with the supplied Spline files, keeping every section, animation, and interaction intact.
• Optimise loading so initial paint is fast and no element stalls or flickers.
• Guarantee consistency of images, fonts, and alignment across desktop, tablet, and smartphone.
• Deliver a crash-free build that can be deployed immediately to Framer (or exported as clean HTML/CSS/JS if you prefer).

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance score above 85 on mobile and desktop.
2. Visual diff against the current desktop design shows zero layout shifts on any breakpoint.
3. The site should work without reloading again and again.
