"I am a university lecturer and I need a clean, professional web presence that I can update on my own without touching code. The heart of the site will be my research output, so an intuitive publication section is essential—each entry should display citation details, link to the journal page, and, where appropriate, let visitors download the PDF directly.

Alongside that core feature, I also need:
• A straightforward contact form that routes messages to my academic email
• Simple PDF upload capability for hand-outs or full papers
• A content management system that lets me add, edit, or remove publications in a few clicks

I am open to whichever CMS you feel is most sustainable—WordPress, Wix, or another platform—as long as it remains user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and fast. Please build the framework, set up the design, and hand over clear instructions (video or short doc) so I can handle future updates myself.
