Hello,

I’m looking for an experienced and motivated Android mobile app developer (Kotlin or Flutter) based in Slovenia – or potentially from a nearby country with a similar culture and communication style (e.g. Croatia, Serbia, Austria) – to join the development of an innovative mobile application with unique content, a personalized approach, and a subscription-based model. The project is initially targeted at the European market and has a clearly defined target audience.

- The app already has a well-defined content structure and basic visual identity.
- The goal of the first phase is to develop a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that enables the generation of personalized combinations based on user data, and presents results in a professional format.

What I’m Looking For:

Excellent knowledge of Kotlin or Flutter (Android Studio)

Experience with subscription-based apps (e.g. locked content, tiered subscriptions)

Ability to implement calculative logic and process user data (e.g. date of birth, rules-based generation of results)

Strong UX/UI understanding and a good eye for clean, intuitive design

Basic design skills (Adobe, Figma, etc.) are a plus, as you may contribute to the visual development of the app

Reliability, precision, collaboration skills, and effective communication

If you specialize in another framework (such as React Native or Xamarin) and have experience building stable Android apps, you're also very welcome. I'm open to suggestions, alternative technical approaches, and creative solutions that support the vision and quality of the product.

Collaboration Terms:

Payment to be agreed upon, with a phased development model and optional deferred compensation during the initial stage

Option for equity share for a candidate who joins the project long-term and actively contributes to development
