"I have an older Google Play developer account that has been inactive for some time, and I want to bring it back to life by releasing several ready-made apps. It only has one app published.

Here is the flow I need help with:
• Refresh the Play Console settings and confirm the account meets the latest policy requirements.
• Prepare and upload each app build (I simply refer to them as “apps,” not tied to a single niche such as games, utilities, or educational titles).
• Populate all store-listing details—screenshots, icons, feature graphics, descriptions, privacy-policy links, and content-rating questionnaire.
• Configure release tracks, roll-out percentages, and any needed testing phases, then submit to review.
• Address possible policy or review feedback until the apps are live and visible in the store.

My expectation is a smooth, policy-compliant launch that results in each app being publicly available on Google Play without further intervention from me.
