1. Project Overview
Certifiably Divine™ is seeking end-to-end social media and paid advertising support to build awareness, drive traffic, increase digital product sales, and strengthen brand presence across select platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok). The service provider will deliver strategic planning, content creation, paid campaign development, ongoing optimization, tracking, and performance reporting.
2. Objectives
Increase brand visibility and engagement across social platforms
Create a cohesive, premium, on-brand visual presence
Design high-performing ad creatives for digital product promotions (Goddess Certificates, future launches, seasonal campaigns)
Build targeted paid campaigns to drive conversions
Implement consistent, strategic content that nurtures traffic into buyers
Track all performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
3. Scope of Work
A. Brand Discovery & Strategy Development
Conduct a brand onboarding session to understand Certifiably Divine’s voice, audience, product line, and campaign goals
Identify and define 2–3 core audience personas (e.g., gifting audiences, best-friend gifts, aesthetic shoppers)
Audit existing social media presence, content, and performance
Develop a strategic content and advertising roadmap that includes:
Brand themes & narrative pillars
Platform-specific content strategy
Launch plan for upcoming sales or promotions
Retargeting strategy (if applicable)
B. Social Media Content Management
Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest (as selected)
Deliverables
Monthly content calendar with 12–20 posts (static, carousel, stories, reels depending on platform)
Creation of all visual assets following brand guidelines (colors, typefaces, textures, logo use)
Copywriting for each post (short-form, long-form, hashtags, CTA variations)
Scheduling and publishing of all content
Community engagement (liking, commenting, responding to messages where appropriate)
Optimization of posting times, content formats, engagement tactics
C. Social Media Ad Design & Paid Campaign Setup
Ad Creative Development
Design 8–12 high-performing ad creatives per month:
Static graphics
Aesthetic product shots
Promotional banners (e.g., BOGO, seasonal, “Goddess of…” series)
GIFs or short-form video edits
Viral-style visuals optimized for Pinterest, IG Reels, and TikTok
Campaign Build & Launch
Set up and configure ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, or TikTok Ads (based on selected platforms)
Define campaign objectives (traffic, conversions, engagement, awareness)
Build targeted audiences based on:
Interests
Behavioral data
Gifting categories
Lookalikes (if pixel data available)
Create ad sets, budgets, placements, and optimization rules
Implement A/B testing for creative, copy, audiences, and CTAs
D. Tracking, Analytics, & Performance Measurement
Setup
Install and verify tracking pixels as required (Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, TikTok Pixel)
Confirm event tracking for key actions (view content, add to cart, purchase)
Connect ad accounts to analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
