"Our product roadmap is expanding fast and I need an experienced recruiter to secure top-tier technical professionals—primarily software developers, QA testers, and business analysts—who can step into ongoing projects without a long ramp-up.

What the work looks like
• Draft targeted job ads and publish them across job portals, LinkedIn, Stack other relevant channels.
• Actively source passive candidates, run Boolean searches, and engage talent through InMail sequences or email outreach.
• Screen résumés for depth of hands-on experience in agile environments, then conduct initial fit calls that cover technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate technical assessments or code challenges with our engineering leads and manage candidate feedback loops.
• Present a concise weekly report showing the funnel status—candidates sourced, contacted, interviewed, shortlisted—and any risks or impediments you spot.

Acceptance criteria
– A minimum of five qualified candidates delivered for each role within the first week
– Candidate summaries must highlight years of experience, primary tech stack or testing tools, project domains, and salary expectations.
– All candidate data stored in our Greenhouse ATS and tagged correctly for quick retrieval.
