"I need my existing Joomla 3.x website migrated cleanly to Joomla 4.x. The site has between five and ten standard extensions that must be updated to their latest compatible releases as part of the process. There are no bespoke core hacks or custom components in play, so you should be able to follow a straightforward upgrade path without worrying about rewriting code.

Scope of work
• Create a full Akeeba or similar backup before touching production.
• Spin up a staging environment, run the Joomla update, then bring each of the 5–10 extensions up to date and verify they load without warnings.
• Resolve any template or PHP compatibility issues that surface after the jump to Joomla 4.
• Migrate the refreshed site back to production and run a final smoke-test so everything feels as fast and stable as before.

I will give you Super User credentials and FTP/database access to staging; production switch-over happens only after I sign off that all pages render correctly and the backend is error-free. Please let me know your estimated turnaround time and recent Joomla 4 upgrade experience when you bid." (client-provided description)
