"I received a React.js project that currently exists as a single compiled build ([login to view URL] + bundled JS + CSS).
All logic and UI are inside one single file, and I need a developer to rebuild & refactor it into a proper modular React application with separate pages, components and clean routing.

This is NOT a design project — the UI already exists.
Your job is to recreate the same UI, but in a clean, maintainable code structure.

Requirements
Strong React.js + JSX knowledge
Experience working with existing UI and refactoring
Ability to build clean, reusable components
Pixel-perfect recreation of my existing interface
Good communication & clean code
