"We are initiating a multilingual audio data collection project that involves two-person dialogue recordings across four target languages:

Gulf Arabic (UAE & Saudi Arabia dialects)

European Spanish

Vietnamese

Filipino

Each contributor will record a natural, studio-quality conversation in their chosen language.

Project Scope & Requirements
1. Recording Format

Two-person dialogue (one male + one female speaker per pair)

Studio-quality audio is mandatory for both sample and official recordings.

Conversations should be clear, natural, and recorded in a controlled environment.

2. Official Recording Volume

For each language:

10 pairs are required

Each pair includes 1 male voice talent + 1 female voice talent

Duration: 2 hours of dual-speaker conversation per pair

Total conversation hours per language: 20 hours

Freelancers:

Must collaborate with a partner (1 male + 1 female)

Submit a sample before acceptance

Agencies:

Can submit multiple samples across all required languages

Must provide multi-language and multi-group demos for evaluation

3. Speaker Requirements

Male-to-Female Ratio: 1:1

Age Range: Preferred 18–35 years

Native fluency in the selected target language

Voice must be clear, natural, and suitable for dialogue recording

4. Sample Recording Requirement

To qualify for the project:

Provide a 3–5-minute sample dialogue

Recorded by one male and one female speaker

Must be studio-quality

Deadline: Sample to be submitted by tomorrow

Topic: Any natural, everyday conversation
