"I need a full e-commerce site built completely from scratch, structured around three distinct portals—Customer, Admin, and Vendor.

Customer panel
The public-facing storefront must feel intuitive on both desktop and mobile, with smooth product browsing and a friction-free purchasing flow. Payment gateway integration, tax/shipping calculations, and guest or registered checkout should all work seamlessly the moment the site goes live.

Admin panel
My in-house team needs a comprehensive dashboard that covers:
• Inventory management in real time
• Sales reports and analytics we can export or view in-app
• User management for customers and vendors, including role/permission controls

Vendor panel
Sellers should have their own secure login where they can add or edit products, monitor orders, and view basic performance stats without ever touching the core admin area.

Tech stack
I’m open to your preferred framework—React.js / [login to view URL] , Node.js or a fully custom build—as long as it scales, is well-documented, and can be handed over cleanly. Feel free to suggest the stack that best meets these requirements.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive website with the three panels above
• Source code in a private repo plus deployment files
• Final hand-off session and basic documentation so my team can maintain the platform

Acceptance criteria
