"I’m building a cross-platform hub where activists can meet, talk, and team up on the causes they care about. Think of it as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram rolled into one—but purpose-built for social change. The heart of the project is collaboration, so every feature needs to guide users toward finding the right partners and launching projects together.

Here’s the experience I want you to craft in Flutter:

• Rich user profiles that highlight skills, causes, location, and availability.
• A smart matchmaking layer that suggests people, projects, or events based on profile data and activity.
• Secure direct and group messaging to keep conversations flowing.
• An events module where users create, manage, and promote meet-ups—online or on the ground—complete with RSVPs and reminders.
• A dynamic news feed with hashtags, likes, and comments so campaigns and victories stay visible and viral.

You’re free to shape the UX, branding, and information architecture as long as the end result keeps activists engaged, informed, and, most of all, collaborating. Flutter will power both the mobile apps and a responsive web version; if you prefer a shared backend such as Firebase, Supabase, or a custom REST/GraphQL stack, propose what fits your workflow.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working Flutter codebase that compiles cleanly for iOS, Android, and web.
2. Core features listed above functional and demo-ready with test data.
3. Clean, modular code—well documented so new contributors can dive in quickly.
4. Handoff includes setup instructions and an outline of any third-party services used.
