"I already have a Vibe Code–based customer-experience portal that’s about 40 % complete. The stack is running on Lovable right now, and the core screens—a landing page, simple login, project status list, basic dashboard, and an admin panel—are in place. What I need now is a seasoned full-stack developer who can turn this prototype into a production-ready tool that satisfies strict pharma CDMO life-sciences compliance standards and offers a polished user experience.

Current priorities
• Project state progress tracking is the area that needs the fastest improvement. I want each state to carry more detailed status updates and a clearer visual timeline so clients see exactly where their project sits at a glance.
• Each state also needs the ability to store photos, a document repository, and electronic signatures, all visible in both the client view and the admin view.
• Propel-style client login controls must be added so users can be provisioned per project.
• A richer reporting dashboard is required for high-level and drill-down analytics.

Compliance & security goals
The finished portal has to be SOC 2 compliant and align with GDPR, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, data-integrity guidance, and cybersecurity best practices. That means full audit trails, role-based access, time-stamped electronic records, and robust encryption in transit and at rest.

Technical flexibility
If Lovable proves limiting, you can migrate or mirror the codebase to Supabase or another framework you recommend, provided you preserve all existing functionality and migrate data without loss.

Key deliverables
1. Enhanced project state tracker with granular updates, timeline visuals, and photo/document slots.
2. New client authentication flow with role definitions and easy user-project assignment.
3. Reporting dashboard showing real-time project metrics, exportable summaries, and filterable views.
4. Document repository per project state with 21 CFR Part 11–ready e-signatures and immutable audit logs.
5. Hardened architecture that passes SOC 2, GDPR, and GxP audits, including automated audit-trail logging.
6. Fully wired admin panel where every status and state can be created, edited, and locked.

Acceptance criteria will be a working staging instance, test cases demonstrating each compliance requirement, and deployment documentation I can share with my auditors.
