"I need a clean, lightweight Matka application built for both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The core customer-facing feature is real-time Matka result updates that appear instantly without forcing the user to refresh. Push notifications for new draws will help keep engagement high, but the heart of the job is a rock-solid live-update feed.

Alongside the mobile apps, I require a secure web-based admin console. Inside that console I must be able to:
• Create, edit, suspend, or delete users and view their activity at a glance.
• Pull visual reports and exportable analytics so I can track traffic, draw popularity, and other KPIs without resorting to third-party dashboards.

You are free to choose the stack—Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin/Swift paired with a shared backend are all fine—as long as it meets Apple and Google store requirements, scales easily, and keeps server costs predictable. Deliverable code should be fully documented and handed over in a private Git repository, ready for me to run a final build.

I will test by:
• Reviewing the live result latency (must remain under two seconds on a 4G connection).
• Verifying that every admin action reflects immediately in the app.
• Inspecting the analytics output for accuracy on at least one week of dummy data.
