"I need your help ironing out a PayPal headache on my WooCommerce store. Payments reach the final step but the transaction never completes, so no money changes hands and no order is marked as paid. The problem has existed from day one of the integration, and I’m not certain whether any custom code was added that could be interfering.

You’ll start by auditing the current PayPal setup (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal Standard or REST API, any IPN or Webhook settings, and related PHP hooks). From there, trace the failure path, identify the exact point the transaction stalls, and implement a clean, secure fix. I expect the checkout flow to work flawlessly in both sandbox and live modes, with orders updating automatically and customers receiving the right confirmation emails.
