I need additional pages added to my current WordPress site. The content will be provided by me.

Requirements:
- Add new pages based on provided articles
- Implement text and scripts as provided by me
I have an existing Wordpress website.
I want to add about twelve pages to it,
1. One Page is to overwrite the existing code with a new script that will be provided
2. Add database to harvest email addresses and show these on a private password protected page on the site
3. Create a page that is /tools/. On this page arrange a load of boxes and in each box a short description of the tool or [login to view URL] boxes will be links to the actual document
4. Change Downloads button on homepage to [Free Tools & Guides] and resolve to /tools/ page
5. On homepage tabs add Legionella Report
6. Add Four pages with email harvest and download element
7. Add Five pages into template and add Pictures
8. Add one page with a text and interactive script to be provided
9. One page is an html file that is to be pasted into the website and colours changed to match the website
10, Add login panel to separate site already developed

All documents provided will be on open office .
