"I need a lightweight online workflow that lets either school staff or students themselves complete a single form, upload a portrait photo from a mobile, and instantly save everything to my server. Images should be automatically down-scaled on upload, then cropped around the face and have the background removed or swapped for a solid colour the user chooses. All records must be stored in a way that can never be edited by the school once they are marked “print-ready”.

When the form is submitted the platform must fire off a payment link—bank transfer only for now—so the school can settle immediately. Photos and associated data should be kept in JPEG format; I don’t need alternative formats.

If it is technically feasible within reasonable effort, I’d also like the option to feed a pre-designed template (ID card, class photo sheet, etc.) so the system can generate a print-ready file in the correct dimensions automatically. Otherwise I can handle that part manually later.

Finally, the whole solution must be white-label friendly: I want to deploy copies for multiple B2B clients under their own sub-domains while still aggregating their data in my central repository for print production.
