"My in-house Python + PyQt5 utility still reads the three Excel spreadsheets perfectly, but after today’s Windows and Adobe Acrobat Pro update it stalls at the critical step: placing data onto the two PDF forms. All form fields remain empty—no error messages, just silent failure across every field.

I will provide: full source code, sample spreadsheets, the locked and unlocked PDFs, and a quick walkthrough video of the expected result. Your mission is to trace whatever change in Acrobat, its COM interface, PyPDF2 (or the equivalent module I am using), and adjust the code so the forms are filled again on the most recent Windows and Acrobat Pro build.

• Python 3.x with PyQt5 GUI

Deliverables
- Updated Python script (and any helper modules) that reliably populates every form field in both PDFs.

Acceptance criteria
Running the revised script on a clean install with today’s Acrobat build must read the same three spreadsheets and output completed PDFs identical to the originals, with all fields correctly filled.
