We are seeking an experienced freelance team to manage, maintain, and enhance an existing Learning Management System (LMS). The system supports AI-powered learning features and requires ongoing technical support, performance optimization, and feature improvements.

This is a long-term collaboration opportunity for a reliable team with strong backend, frontend, and AI integration expertise.

Scope of Work

The selected team will be responsible for:

Managing and maintaining an existing LMS platform

Fixing bugs, improving system stability, and ensuring uptime

Enhancing existing features and implementing new ones

Backend development using Laravel and PHP

Frontend development using Tailwind CSS

Integrating and maintaining AI-powered features (e.g., content generation, analytics, automation)

Optimizing database performance and server efficiency

Ensuring security, scalability, and best development practices

Providing documentation and technical support

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory:

Strong experience with Laravel and PHP

Frontend expertise using Tailwind CSS

Experience managing and scaling LMS platforms

Experience integrating AI solutions (APIs, automation, analytics, recommendation systems)

Clean coding practices and well-structured architecture

Version control (Git)

Preferred:

Experience with REST APIs

Familiarity with cloud deployment and servers

Experience working with educational or e-learning platforms

Basic UI/UX sensibility for educational software

Team Requirements

This role is for a team, not an individual

Must include at least:

Backend developer (Laravel/PHP)
