Project description:
"We are launching a new online bookstore on Shopify. The store setup, payment gateway, and infrastructure are already in place. We are looking for a serious, execution-focused Shopify Manager who can independently handle store operations, organic marketing, and daily growth activities.

This is a profit-sharing role, not a fixed salary position.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:

- Add and manage book products (title, description, pricing, SEO)
- Create and manage collections (genres, authors, trending, etc.)
- Handle orders, fulfillment coordination, and customer queries
- Manage refunds, failed orders, and disputes
- Maintain store hygiene, offers, and basic performance optimization

Organic Marketing & Growth (NO Paid Ads):

- Manage Instagram page and content strategy
- Create marketing images using AI tools (Gemini, etc.)
- Write captions, hashtags, and posting schedules
- Reels strategy and engagement growth
- WhatsApp & email promotion (if applicable)
- Build organic traffic through consistent content
- Improve brand visibility and audience reach


Reporting & Performance:

- Weekly sales and traffic report
- Monthly revenue, conversion rate, and growth analysis
- Content performance tracking

Compensation Model:

10%–25% of Monthly NET PROFIT

NET PROFIT = Revenue – Product Cost – Shipping – Shopify Fees – Payment Gateway Charges

- Paid monthly
- Percentage finalized after interview based on skill level

Ideal Candidate:

- 1+ year experience managing Shopify stores (optiional)
- Strong knowledge of organic Instagram marketing
- Experience using AI tools for creatives
- Knows basic SEO for Shopify products
- Can work independently without daily supervision
- Serious about revenue, not just posting content

- Beginners with no Shopify experience
- Social media managers who only post content but don’t understand sales
