"I want diners to pick up the phone, speak naturally, and have a friendly, casual voice agent guide them through our entire experience from “What appetizers do you recommend?” to “Great, I’ll pick my order up at 7 pm.”
The agent must:

• Speak in an upbeat, conversational tone that matches a relaxed dining atmosphere.
• Walk guests through the menu, suggest dishes based on stated preferences, and proactively flag ingredients, allergens, or dietary accommodations when asked.
• Capture complete orders for both dine-in tables and take-out pickups, then pass every item—including modifiers and special requests—directly into our POS via API.
• Field follow-up questions about wait times, portion sizes, or daily specials just as a knowledgeable server would.
• Log conversations for later analytics and provide a simple dashboard so staff can monitor live requests.

I’ll provide full API documentation for the POS and a staging number for testing. Deliverables are a working voice agent, integration scripts, brief user guide, and one round of live-restaurant testing to confirm accuracy on real calls." (client-provided description)
