"I run a premium food e-grocery and delivery platform, launched mid-2025 using a webpress/woocomerce platform. Despite previous internal efforts to speed things up, the site still drags—especially on the homepage and during the checkout flow where we lose impatient shoppers.

My immediate goal is a deep code cleanup. I want every unused script, redundant style, and blocking resource identified, refactored, or removed so load times on critical pages fall well under standard Lighthouse thresholds. Once the base is lean and fast, I’m open to continuing into two follow-up phases: refining site functionality and weaving in an affiliate-partner module.

Here’s what I need first:
• A comprehensive audit that highlights bottlenecks and quantifies current performance.
• A clean, well-documented refactor that addresses those findings without breaking existing features.
