"I need a clean, fast-loading website that presents my residential and commercial mortgage services and gives visitors an immediate way to reach me. Scope is intentionally small: a polished Home page that outlines what we offer and a Contact Us page with a form, phone, email, and compliance footer text.

The site must also feature three fully-functional tools—Mortgage, Refinance, and Affordability calculators—styled to match the brand and working flawlessly on mobile and desktop. No full loan-application portal is required at this stage; the focus is clarity, speed, and ease of future updates.
