Project Overview

I’m looking for an experienced web designer/developer to build a modern, bilingual (English + Arabic) website for Million Startups, a global accelerator ecosystem that empowers startups to scale globally through smart acceleration and AI-driven growth infrastructure.

The website should look and feel like a premium VC / startup accelerator brand, with a clean, minimal and global style.

About Million Startups (Content You’ll Use)

You won’t start from a blank page — I already have a 11-slide accelerator deck with all the key content (problem, vision, mission, model, traction, etc.). Your job is to convert this into web sections and copy, not to invent new messaging.

Key themes from the deck that must be reflected in the site:
• Global accelerator ecosystem – “From Local Innovation to Global Impact”
• Vision to accelerate over one million innovative startups that drive economic and social transformation
• AI-powered, impact-driven acceleration model with global partners and infrastructure
• 5,000+ startups already in the ecosystem, 1,000+ partners, 20+ countries
• Priority sectors: Fintech, HealthTech, AI & Autonomous Agents, GovTech, EdTech, ClimateTech, AgriTech, Mobility & Logistics

Scope of Work

1. UX & UI Design
• Propose a modern, premium design suitable for a global startup accelerator.
• Create a clear information architecture and layout based on the deck (you can suggest a one-page site with sections or a multi-page structure).
• Design for both desktop and mobile (fully responsive).

2. Website Development
• Develop the site on a CMS that is easy for me to edit later (preferably WordPress or Webflow, but I’m open to your expert recommendation).
• Implement a language switcher (EN/AR) and make sure Arabic works perfectly in RTL (menus, sections, alignment, etc.).
• Set up all pages/sections listed below.

3. Content Integration
• Take the content from the provided Million Startups deck and convert it into clean, web-friendly copy and sections (headlines, subheadings, short paragraphs, bullets).
• English: you can refine/shorten text for the web while keeping the original meaning.
• Arabic: You can propose professional translation/localization

4. Basic SEO & Analytics
• Setup of basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, clean URLs).
• Create XML sitemap and connect to Google Analytics

You can propose final structure, but at minimum I expect:

• Hero section with tagline, CTA buttons (e.g., “Apply as a Startup”, “Partner With Us”).
• Short explanation of Million Startups and our global accelerator ecosystem.
• High-level numbers/traction (5,000+ startups, 80+ international partners, etc.).
2. The Problem & Our Vision
• Global startup failure problem (access, fragmentation, support).
• Our vision to accelerate one million startups and build an inclusive AI-powered ecosystem.
3. Mission & Why Million Startups
• How we empower startups (programs, mentorship, AI tracking, global partnerships).
• What makes us different (global-first model, AI integration, bold vision, proven traction).
4. Our Edge / Model
• Acceleration model (Discover, Design, Deploy, Scale).
• Smart scale engine, global infrastructure, trusted partners, results/impact.
5. Sectors & Programs
• Priority sectors (Fintech, HealthTech, etc.).
• Short overview of tracks (e.g., pre-seed to Series A, deep tech, B2G, regional expansion).
6. Traction & Path to One Million
• Key metrics: startups supported, capital raised, partners, innovation zones, regulatory sandboxes.
• Roadmap: from 5k to 100k to 1M startups (timeline to 2035).
7. For Founders / For Partners
• Separate sections or pages explaining:
• Benefits for founders (AI-powered acceleration, global mentorship, scale).
• Benefits for partners/investors/governments (deal flow, co-investment, ecosystem building).
8. Contact / Get In Touch
• Contact form.
• Email + space for social links.
• Optional: newsletter signup.

Bilingual (EN/AR) Requirements
• Full RTL support for Arabic (menus, typography, alignment).
• Easy way for visitors to switch between English and Arabic (toggle in header).
• All text, buttons, forms, and navigation must support both languages.

• Fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Fast loading and clean code.
• Compatible with major browsers.
• CMS access so I can edit text, images, and add new sections/posts without coding.
