The first step is straightforward account creation (Mercor is an online-service account, not social media or email), followed by the coding assessment that unlocks access to their talent pool.

Here’s what I expect:
• A verified Mercor account registered with my details and ready for use
• Successful completion of the assessment with a passing score (Mercor will confirm this)
• A brief hand-off note outlining any login credentials, assessment feedback, and next steps suggested by Mercor

I’m looking for someone who has already gone through Mercor’s assessment or similar coding-challenge platforms, understands their interface and typical question styles, and can move quickly without missteps.
