"I want to give my tattoo clients a smooth, professional online experience from the very first click. The site you build will let each person create an account, sign in securely, and land on a clean dashboard where every key action lives in one place. I want the home page to be slightly interactive but not overwhelming. Very clean look and simple to use for mobile users.

Inside that dashboard members must be able to:
• Complete three separate forms – a simple personal-information sheet, a detailed tattoo-design request, and a health & consent waiver that stores their digital signature.
• Pick an appointment straight from an always-up-to-date calendar of available slots. Once confirmed, the slot should lock automatically and appear on their dashboard.
• Receive automatic updates (email or in-app notifications are fine) whenever their appointment is booked, changed, or a new form is required.
• Review and edit their profile, see past forms, and download any signed waivers.

From my side I need a quick way to add or block out calendar times, view every submitted form, and export data if necessary. Mobile responsiveness is a must; most clients will be on their phones when they book.

You’re free to suggest the best stack—WordPress with MemberPress, Laravel + Vue, or a React front end tied to Firebase—so long as the final product is secure, fast, and simple for me to manage without coding.

Deliverables are:
1. Fully functional website hosted on my domain.
2. Custom member dashboard with the features above.
3. Admin panel for calendar and form management.
4. Documentation so I can add slots, edit text, and run backups myself.
