"I’m building a public-facing mobile app that lets anyone capture and submit three kinds of information in one seamless flow: written notes, a photo, and the current GPS location. Every record must be tagged to both a category and a sub-category so that users can instantly find what they or others have submitted through an in-app search.

Core flow
• Start screen: choose category → sub-category
• Capture screen: enter text, snap or upload an image, GPS auto-captures (with the option to refine on a map)
• Review & submit: confirmation and upload progress
• Search screen: filter by category / sub-category and see results on a list or map

Because the audience is the general public, the UI has to feel familiar, load quickly on average devices, and guide first-time users without tutorials. I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or native builds—whichever you’re most efficient in—as long as it ships smoothly to both iOS and Android and supports future feature additions.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional iOS & Android builds (store-ready APK/IPA)
2. Clean, well-commented source code and build instructions
3. Lightweight backend (Firebase, Supabase, or similar) with secure endpoints for text, image, and geolocation storage
4. Basic admin panel or script to export collected data (CSV/JSON) by date, category, or location
5. Short walkthrough video or live demo session proving all flows above work end-to-end

Acceptance criteria
• Text, image, and GPS coordinates are saved together and retrievable in <3 s on average mobile data speeds
• Category & sub-category search returns accurate results; no empty hits for recently added items
• App passes App Store and Google Play review guidelines for privacy and data usage
• Source compiles without errors using the provided instructions
