"The current product is a Laravel–powered backend with a React web front-end and a React Native mobile app. Everything runs smoothly; however, my former developer’s Google Play account was deleted, so the Android build must be resubmitted from a new publisher account. I have complete access to the source code, assets, and existing keystore, and the codebase is clean and well-documented.

Two parallel tasks are involved:
• First, rebuild and upload the existing Android app under the new Play Console account, ensuring it satisfies Google’s latest policy checks and is approved without warnings.
• Second, produce a whitelabel version that carries fresh visual branding (logos, colour scheme, splash screen, package name, store listing, etc.) plus a handful of functional tweaks that we will detail together once you have the project running locally.

I will provide: full Git repository access, Laravel environment variables, React Native configs, design files for the new branding, and clear notes on the required functional adjustments.

Acceptance for the resubmission is a live, approved listing on Google Play. Acceptance for the whitelabel build is a signed release APK/AAB that installs cleanly, reflects the new branding, and passes a brief test script covering the specified feature changes.
