I already have a working web portal built on the Vibe framework that bundles products and services through a distributor network. The code functions, but the underlying architecture is holding us back from true growth. I want the platform redesigned for scalability, easier maintenance, and stronger security, and I need a clear, staged roadmap for new features so I can devote my time to marketing and sales instead of technical firefighting.

Your mandate will be to:
• Evaluate the current codebase and infrastructure.
• Redesign the architecture so it can seamlessly absorb more users, new modules, and integrations without performance hits.
• Produce a concise, prioritized feature roadmap (short-, mid-, and long-term).
• Own ongoing technical decisions, acting as the architectural authority for future releases.

Compensation
I am offering a long-term revenue or ratio share rather than an upfront payment—equity and percentages are fully negotiable based on your commitment level. No Investment required.
