"PROJECT TITLE: WordPress Learning Platform Setup with LearnDash & BigBlueButton Integration


PROJECT OVERVIEW:
I'm building an online math tutoring platform (ClassArc) for grades 3-8 students. I need a WordPress expert to set up LearnDash LMS with BigBlueButton video integration, create a professional student portal, and customize the design.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. LEARNSDASH LMS SETUP
- Install and configure LearnDash plugin (I will provide license)
- Set up course structure: Grades 3-8, with multiple chapters per grade
- Configure lessons within each chapter with "Learn" and "Practice" sections
- Enable progress tracking for students
- Set up quiz/assignment functionality

2. BIGBLUEBUTTON INTEGRATION
- Integrate my BBB hosting account (I will provide server URL and credentials)
- Install and configure BBB WordPress plugin
- Create personal meeting rooms for each student (I'll provide student list)
- Embed BBB in same page (iframe) - NO redirect to new tab
- Link "Join Live Class" button on student dashboard to their personal BBB room
- Configure settings: "Wait for moderator" enabled

3. STUDENT DASHBOARD
- Clean, modern design with welcome message showing student's name
- Three main sections: "My Courses", "Join Live Class", "Class Schedule"
- Display student's enrolled courses with progress
- Show next class information
- Display homework/assignments status
- Make it mobile responsive

4. COURSE DISPLAY
- Visual grid layout for courses/chapters (similar to Cuemath style)
- Add icons for each chapter/topic
- Progress indicators for each course
- Organized view: Course → Chapters → Lessons → Content

5. CURRICULUM UPLOAD SUPPORT
- Help me bulk upload PDF worksheets/materials
- Organize content by grade → chapter → lesson
- Set up download links for practice materials
- Ensure students can only access their enrolled courses

6. DESIGN & BRANDING
- Use Astra Pro theme (I will provide)
- Customize colors to match ClassArc branding (blue/orange color scheme)
- Clean, professional, education-focused design
- Remove all default WordPress/theme branding ("Powered by...")
- Simplify navigation menu (only necessary items)
- Professional footer

7. USER MANAGEMENT
- Set up student user role with appropriate permissions
- Students can only see their own dashboard/courses
- Each student gets unique login credentials
- Students can access their personal BBB room only

8. ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Contact form for parent inquiries
- Basic booking/scheduling display (can be manual for now)
- Email notifications for assignments/classes
- Secure login system

- Use a whiteboard/annotation tool that allows:
* Drawing with mouse/stylus
* Adding text
* Eraser tool
* Different colors
- Student's work should be saved automatically
- I (teacher) should be able to view their completed work
- This is for homework practice, not live classes

Suggested solutions:
- Embedded PDF with annotation capability, OR
- Canvas-based drawing tool over worksheet images, OR
- Integration with tools like Miro/Jamboard embedded in page

Must work on tablets/iPads with touch/stylus input.
