"I’m looking for one skilled developer or a small team to create two separate sites for me.

1) Zoho Sites business website
This site’s only job is to capture leads. I need a clean, mobile-friendly layout, persuasive copy sections that point visitors toward a simple contact form, and basic on-page SEO. Because it’s being built inside Zoho Sites, please leverage its native themes, drag-and-drop builder, and any integrations that speed up lead capture (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). No e-commerce on this one—just an authoritative home page, a few supporting pages, and the form.

2) WordPress (or comparable CMS) site with checkout
The second site will sell a small catalogue of services, so I’ll need a standard storefront, product pages, cart, and a secure, friction-free checkout. WooCommerce is the obvious choice, but I’m open to alternatives you’re comfortable with as long as they handle payments, taxes, and order confirmations smoothly. Design coherence with the Zoho site is a plus, yet each site should stand alone.

Deliverables
• Fully-functional Zoho Sites lead-generation website with branded styling, live contact form and tested form notifications
• WordPress (or similar) e-commerce site with product setup, payment gateway configuration, cart and checkout flow, plus basic security hardening
