"I want to start a brand-new web application built entirely with Oracle JDeveloper 12c and the ADF framework. The project begins on a clean slate, so you will handle everything from workspace setup through deployment packaging.

The scope covers:
• Creating the ADF Business Components layer tied to an Oracle database schema I will provide.
• Designing bounded task flows, page fragments, and skinning so the UI follows Oracle Alta-style guidelines.
• Implementing ADF Security (JAAS) with roles and page-level permissions.
• Integrating common utilities such as LOVs, declarative components, and exception handling.
• Packaging an EAR that deploys cleanly to WebLogic 12.2.1 and runs without warnings.

Deliverables must include:
1. Complete JDeveloper application workspace with source code.
2. SQL scripts or JDeveloper offline DB definitions for all required tables, sequences, and views.
3. A short deployment guide and README explaining configuration steps, libraries used, and any environment variables.

Acceptance criteria: the project compiles with zero errors in JDeveloper 12c, passes a guided smoke test on my WebLogic instance, and is stored in the Git repository we will share from day one.
