"I am building a college-level project called “Hemolink” that streamlines the entire blood-donation workflow, and I need a full, working implementation delivered in the next one to two weeks. The scope covers a responsive web application and a companion mobile app, each sharing a single database and codebase where practical so that donors, staff, and admins enjoy a seamless experience.

Core flow
Once a new donor signs up with a simple email-and-password login, the system should guide that person through an eligibility check, allow them to pick a convenient slot, and then follow their donation all the way through collection, testing, and confirmation. On the administrative side, an intuitive dashboard must surface real-time statistics, inventory levels, and scheduling conflicts while staff members get role-appropriate tools for day-to-day processing. Standard email notifications—reminders, test results, and thank-you notes—must fire automatically at each stage.

Tech notes
I am open to any modern stack that supports rapid delivery (for example, React or Angular paired with Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end, and Flutter or React Native for the mobile client). A clean REST or GraphQL API, a relational database with clear schema, and well-structured code are all expected. If you would like to add extras such as 2FA or social logins, feel free to flag that as an optional enhancement.
