"I’m starting from a clean slate and need a complete React-based web application built from the ground up. The scope covers everything from setting up the project structure (Create React App, Vite, or another modern boilerplate) to delivering a production-ready build that I can deploy immediately.

Key points I already know:
• The solution must be built with React and follow current best practices—functional components, hooks, and a clean, well-documented file structure.
• I do not have existing code, so you’ll define the architecture, choose a sensible state-management approach (Context API, Redux Toolkit, Zustand—whichever best fits the scale), and configure routing and API handling.
• While detailed UI designs are not locked in, I have a general idea of the look and feel; I’m happy to collaborate on wireframes and let you guide the UX decisions so the final product is polished and responsive.
• I’ll supply any branding assets or copy as they become available during development.

Deliverables:
1. Source code in a public or private Git repo with clear commit history.
2. A concise README outlining environment setup, build commands, and deployment steps.
3. Deployed demo or build artifact so I can verify everything is running as expected.
