"I want to give OneUs Global Services a professional, corporate-style web presence that lets customers book our errand and representation services with the same ease they order a ride-share. The site will present both service lines side-by-side, guiding visitors from polished marketing pages into a dynamic booking flow that captures every relevant detail and checks availability in real time.

Once logged in, users land on a clean dashboard that must, at minimum, provide:
• Real-time order tracking (live status updates, map when applicable)
• Service history with printable receipts and notes
• A secure payment portal supporting cards and local alternatives, all PCI-compliant

Behind the scenes I need an admin console to create or edit services, assign agents, monitor active jobs, and push notifications by email, SMS, or in-app. Role-based access, audit logs, and basic analytics should be baked in from day one.

Preferred tech is flexible, but I expect responsive front-end code (React, Vue, or similar), a scalable back-end (Node, Laravel, or Django work), REST or GraphQL APIs, and integration with a mainstream payment gateway. Real-time functions can run over WebSockets or Firebase if that speeds delivery.

Deliverables

4. Payment gateway integration tested in sandbox and live modes
