"WordPress (latest version) and the Divi theme([login to view URL]) are already installed on my server; I now need the full site designed and configured so I can start adding listings immediately.

Pages & layout
• Home – follow the layout, section flow, and overall feel of [login to view URL], but stick to a neutral palette (black, white, grey) to match my brand. Hero, featured properties slider, and a concise “Why work with us” band should all be in place.
• Properties – this will run on WordPress’ native blog engine. Set up the archive with clear category tabs (Residential, Commercial, etc.) and build search + filter controls so visitors can refine by category, price, and location.
• Single Property – create one template post that shows images, key facts, description, Google-map embed, and an inquiry form. Once it’s in place I’ll clone it for future properties.
• About Us and Contact Us – straightforward Divi pages; Contact must include a working form routed to my email.
• Header & Footer – modern, clean styling, sticky on scroll, includes social icons, phone, and quick-link navigation.

Technical essentials
– Divi Builder for all layouts so I can edit later
– Mobile-responsive design checked on the main breakpoints
– Lightweight CSS only; no extra plugin bloat
– Proper WordPress menu assignments and category hierarchy
