"I’m commissioning a complete ride-hailing solution consisting of:

• A cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android
• A responsive web portal that mirrors the app’s key functions

Scope of functions
The first release focuses on seamless ride booking and live driver tracking. Passengers choose a pickup/drop-off, request a ride, and watch the driver’s approach in real time on an in-app map or on the website. Payment processing is not part of this MVP, but the architecture must keep the door open for adding gateways later.

Mobile build
Feel free to propose native stacks (Swift/Kotlin) or a single code-base framework such as Flutter or React Native, as long as it delivers smooth geolocation, push notifications, and background tracking. I value a clean, intuitive UI that looks and feels identical on both platforms.

Web build
The website should let riders log in, book a trip, and watch the driver’s live location. It should share the same backend as the mobile apps and remain fully responsive on desktop and mobile browsers.

Backend & real-time services
You may choose Node.js, Django, or another robust framework, paired with a real-time layer (WebSockets, Firebase, or similar) so both app and web stay perfectly in sync. A simple admin console to monitor rides, drivers, and users is expected for day-to-day operations.

Deliverables
1. Source code for iOS, Android, and web
2. Deployed backend with API documentation
3. Basic admin dashboard
4. Build/launch instructions and two weeks of post-launch support for minor fixes

Acceptance
The project is complete when a user can: open either platform, create an account, book a ride, see a driver icon moving live on the map, and the ride appears under both rider and driver histories.
