"I have five production apps that run on iOS, Android, and the Web. I need a single, consolidated report that tells me—clearly and with evidence—what is working, what is failing, and what I should tackle next. The scope spans three intertwined layers:

• Code quality: Please dive into the repositories, flag architectural issues, outdated libraries, security concerns, and any style-guide violations that could slow future work.

• Functionality testing: Every user-facing feature, including edge-case flows, must be exercised. I want to know which screens or API calls break, what triggers them, and how to reproduce each bug.

• Performance analysis: Benchmark cold-start times, memory consumption, network latency, and any hotspot that hurts UX. Simple charts or flame graphs are fine as long as the takeaway is obvious.

All five apps rely on several third-party services and internal REST/GraphQL endpoints. Part of the audit is to list each integration, verify authentication flows, and confirm that the associated edge functions are firing as expected. If something times out, mis-routes, or silently fails, document it.

The entire exercise should be self-contained inside Lovable’s prompt system, so every dataset you gather—API responses, test logs, console traces—must be attachable or referenceable from within Lovable itself.

Deliverables
1. A written report (PDF or Markdown) broken into: Overview, Detailed Findings, Prioritised Action Plan, and Appendix with raw logs.
2. Annotated screenshots / screen recordings for any functional failure.
3. A lightweight spreadsheet that maps each API or third-party service to its status, response time, and failure rate.
4. Pull-request comments or inline notes in the codebase highlighting critical fixes (GitHub/GitLab).
5. A short debrief call or video walkthrough so I can ask clarifying questions.

Acceptance criteria
• Every feature path on all three platforms is tested and accounted for.
• At least one performance benchmark per screen and critical API endpoint is provided.
• Recommendations are ranked by impact vs. effort with clear next steps.

Feel free to use Xcode, Android Studio, Chrome DevTools, Postman, New Relic, or equivalent tooling—the goal is actionable insights, not just raw numbers. Once the report meets the criteria above, the project is complete." (client-provided description)
