"I’m ready to launch a full-scale ecommerce marketplace for physical goods and need it running seamlessly on both iOS and Android from day one. The core idea is simple: give multiple sellers an easy way to list, manage, and ship products while shoppers enjoy a slick, familiar buying experience—search, cart, secure checkout, order tracking, ratings, and push notifications included.

You’re free to choose the most effective stack (native Swift/Kotlin, Flutter, React Native, or another approach) as long as performance and App Store / Google Play compliance stay front-of-mind. A clean admin portal for product moderation, user management, and basic analytics will also be required so the team can run daily operations without touching code.

To keep the project on track, I need a detailed project proposal that spells out milestones, technology choices, third-party integrations (payment gateway, shipping API, etc.), and a realistic launch timeline.
