"I have an idea for an iOS-only mobile application and I need a capable developer to turn it into a polished, ready-to-publish product. My background is not in coding, so I am looking for someone who can guide me through each step—from refining the features, setting up Xcode and Swift frameworks, all the way to compiling the final build for App Store submission.

The core goals are straightforward:
• Build the app natively for iOS (Swift or SwiftUI preferred).
• Deliver clean, well-commented source code that I can study and learn from later.
