"My existing React JS application is ready for the next step: a full conversion into a Progressive Web App so users can install it directly on their phones and enjoy a native-like experience.

The scope starts with PWA essentials—service worker, web manifest, icons, splash screens—and should comfortably clear Lighthouse’s PWA checks. Only limited offline access is required: the core UI and cached API calls must remain available, but exhaustive data storage is unnecessary.

While refactoring the build, I also need lingering bugs eliminated and performance tightened. Console warnings, a navigation glitch, and slow initial load have been noted; code-splitting, lazy loading, and bundle analysis are welcome strategies to keep the app fast on mobile networks.
