"We are a USA-based digital services company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in business for over five years, specializing in web development, logo/branding design, and AI-driven solutions.

We are seeking a long-term Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations of the development side of the company. You will manage workflows, oversee production, communicate with clients, coordinate contractors, and ensure smooth delivery of all projects.

I will handle all marketing and client acquisition — your role is to run operations and make sure every project moves efficiently from start to finish.

This is a contractor role with percentage-based compensation, not employment.

Compensation
You will receive:
➡ 50% of the net revenue from ALL projects produced by the development company.
Not just the projects you personally work on — all projects that come through the business.

Payments will be released through Freelancer.com milestones for transparency and compliance. This structure rewards strong leadership, organization, and consistent management, or if you prefer an hourly rate, we can discuss.

Daily Responsibilities

*Manage all incoming client projects as they are brought in through marketing
*Coordinate designers, developers, and AI specialists
*Oversee daily workflows, project boards, and task assignments
*Communicate professionally with clients: requirements, updates, revisions
*Ensure quality and timely delivery across all active projects
*Review and approve deliverables before final submission
*Solve production issues and keep projects moving forward
*Maintain ongoing communication with the owner for high-level alignment
*Improve internal systems, processes, and production efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
*Strong experience managing web development or digital agency operations
*Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or similar platforms
*Ability to oversee branding/logo design workflows
*Comfortable with AI tools, automation, and modern digital production
*Excellent English communication and client-facing skills
*Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
*Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without supervision
