Scope
• Design & Layout – I’d like new images and graphics that echo the calm, spacious aesthetic of the reference site while still reflecting our nonprofit mission.
• Functionality – Streamline the main menu, improve page-to-page flow, and add light interactive touches (hover effects, subtle transitions, clear calls-to-action) so visitors intuitively find information and stay engaged.

Core Deliverables
1. High-fidelity mock-ups for the key pages (home, about, programs, donate, contact) showing revised imagery and layout.
2. Re-built front-end coded into our existing CMS or equivalent framework we agree on.
3. Optimised navigation structure with logical hierarchy and breadcrumbs.

5. Basic on-page SEO best practices kept intact during the update.
6. Post-launch hand-off with brief documentation so we can edit content ourselves.
