"My NextJS + TypeScript admin panel talks to Firebase for Auth, Firestore and Storage. On localhost everything authenticates and reads data correctly, yet the production build blows up with the following runtime messages:

• Failed to initialize Firebase: TypeError: (0 , [login to view URL]) is not a function
• Firebase module missing required export: getConfiguredClientEnvironments

The bug feels linked to the build, bundling or the way the modular SDK is imported on the client side.
