"I’m launching an online platform that showcases both residential and commercial properties and I need the complete website built—from the front-end interface to the admin tools that keep listings up to date.

Core scope
• Property catalogue that cleanly displays photos, descriptions, price, and key details for both market segments.
• Robust search with filters for location, price range, property type, and any other basic criteria a buyer or renter would expect.
• Secure user accounts so visitors can register, save favourites, and—later on—post their own listings if I choose to enable that.
• An integrated, scrollable map (Google Maps or a comparable solution) that automatically pins each property and opens the card on click.

I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it delivers fast load times, is mobile-responsive, and gives me an intuitive way to add or edit listings without touching code. Clean UI/UX, SEO-friendly structure, and documentation for routine maintenance are part of the hand-off.
