Key Requirements:

Design & Layout

Overall look and feel similar to the reference site (modern, clean, education/academy style).

Responsive design (must look good on desktop, tablet, and mobile).

Clear sections for hero/banner, key benefits, programs/services, testimonials (optional), and contact.

Languages

Full bilingual support: Arabic and English.

Proper RTL layout for Arabic and LTR for English.

Language switcher (button or toggle) visible on all pages.

Contact & WhatsApp Integration

Contact form on the front page similar to the “Contact Us” window on the reference site (pop-up or embedded section is fine).

Form fields: Name, Email, Phone, Message (can be adjusted later).

Form submissions should be sent to my email.

Include basic spam protection (e.g., simple captcha or reCAPTCHA).

WhatsApp feature: floating WhatsApp button on all pages that opens chat to a specified WhatsApp number (I will provide the number).

Technical

Preferably built on a common CMS (e.g., WordPress or similar) with an easy-to-use page editor so I can update text/images later.

SEO-friendly structure (clean URLs, meta tags ready, etc.).

Fast loading and optimized for performance.

Delivery

Full website setup on my hosting

All source files, admin access, and credentials provided at the end.

Short handover document or quick walkthrough on how to:
