"I’m taking a fresh SaaS concept to market and I need an experienced technical leader to drive every engineering decision from day one. You’ll step in as my CTO, shape the entire technical strategy, and translate the vision into a working product that can scale fast.

Your core mission is three-fold: define the architecture, build and mentor the development team, and steer product development so that we ship an MVP our customers love. Hands-on cloud infrastructure expertise is essential—you should be comfortable designing multi-tenant systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure and automating deployments from scratch. Because the product is data-driven, I also need someone who can architect analytics pipelines, choose the right storage technologies, and surface insights that add real value for users.

We’re still at concept stage, so you’ll have a blank canvas to set coding standards, select the tech stack, and implement security and compliance best practices before a single line of production code is written. As milestones we’ll agree on a detailed technology roadmap, a validated MVP architecture, and a phased hiring plan for engineers. By the end of the first quarter I expect to see the first live tenant in the cloud, complete documentation of the infrastructure, and a clear backlog ready for iterative releases.
