"During building walk-throughs I have to capture dozens of data points quickly and then review them in the exact format of our four-page “Building Inventory” sheets (sample PDF attached). I need a self-contained macOS application that streamlines this process.

Functionality
• On start-up the app should display a clean form that mirrors the questions in the PDF. Responses must be entered through text fields, checkboxes, and dropdown menus only—no photos or video inputs are required.

• As I type or select answers, the program should instantly populate and be reflected progressively in one of four on-screen inventory sheets that match the attached layout and wording.

Think of it as a live preview so I always know what the final report will look like.

• I must be able to save each completed survey, reopen it later, and print or export the sheets to PDF without losing formatting.

Environment
• Native macOS solution that works offline on a standard laptop; no Windows or Linux support is necessary.
• Use whichever framework you prefer (Swift, Electron, etc.) as long as performance is snappy and the final bundle is easy to install, input, minipulate and print out.

Deliverables
1. Compiled macOS application (.app) ready for direct installation
2. Source code with clear build/readme instructions
3. Four inventory sheet templates faithfully matching the attached PDF

• App launches and operates fully offline on macOS 12 or later.
