"I want to launch a responsive, browser-based platform (desktop and mobile) that lets trade professionals—electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs and similar crews—manage every step of a job in one place.
Core modules
• Job tracking: create, assign, update and close work orders in real time, complete with status tags and timestamps.
• Appointment scheduling: calendar view, drag-and-drop re-booking, automatic customer notifications and technician reminders.
User roles
Administrators oversee the whole system, service providers run their own teams, workers update job progress in the field, and customers can log in to view appointments or request changes.
Essential requirements
• Fully responsive UI so it feels native on phones and tablets.
• Built-in multi-language architecture from day one (i18n files or equivalent) to handle future translations without code rewrites.
• Secure role-based access, preferably JWT or OAuth.
• Scalable backend—SQL or NoSQL is fine as long as it supports filtered job searches and fast calendar queries.
• Clean REST or GraphQL API so a future mobile app can hook in without rework.
Deliverables
1. Working web application deployed to a test server.
2. Source code with clear setup instructions.
3. Short admin guide showing how to add users, create jobs and configure languages.

My description:
System for handling job orders for electricians, plumbers etc to access online via desktop browser and mobile phone.
On desktop:
It need to have dashboard to see open job orders, orders to call, orders that are scheduled for visit, jobs that are done etc
Job order usually are coming thru email. It need to read emails from specific addresses and from different sender its different email layout or a pdf file.
It need to read Job ID, name of the client address, phone number, short description about the job etc. and put it on the system automatically.
It will be good to see a map with all the jobs that are open where they are.
Have to be a calendar to see every day what job is sheduled to do.
They are many workers to assaign to every job so it need to have that kind of fuction. To assaign one or more workers to one job. Workers can have many jobs per day.
When you go inside any job order we need to have place to put photos from job, bil of materials and costs and overall expense per job.
After every job, client is signing Report that for all the jobs looks the same at the moment. So it need to be able to make it and fill it with the name address etc per job to be able to print right away with the client data.
We have some companys that send to us job orders. Lets says Company A sends email and we need to group that job orders from different companys that we can invoice them later on. And as well we need that fuctionality to make a specifil layout of invoice to be able to tick any job id and make it into one invoice.
It need to have access with restrictions to see different things per different people. So Admin sees all and worker like plumber sees only JOB ID and where he need to go and what he need to do.
Mobile access via phone:
Mobile system need mainly to access for workers.
They need to see a list of JOBs that are assaigned to them, JOB ID, client name, address and phone number as well short description about the job.
He need to be able to make a photo withing the system that it will open his phone camera make photo and automatically upload to the system.
As well he need to have access by his side to type in his bill of materials used as well cost of labor etc.
He need to have as well be able to open report that is all the description that he added to the JOB all the client info and with that specific space on that Report it need to be able to have client signature. That client can sign this report on the phone and when Worker sign it as well on the phone it will be automatically uploaded to the system under that specific JOB ID.
Of coourse it needed to be login by individual workder as well admin, office worker etc. So as Admin I need to be able to make new users delete them and give them specific right to open or see secific items about any JOB ID.
This is roughly a description about this system that we need to make. It should run on some online server that I can buy domain to it or to attach it to our company website.
I don't want anyone to make it from 0 to 100%. I need to show a Demo to CEO of that company to actually give it a green light etc. So I need a demo of the system something to show him and if they accept I need to have as well an estimate how much it will all cost. So for now I need to have a Demo to show him. It can be files that I can upload to my server to show him that is not a problem. I can program small stuff and do IT but program whole systems that is not my thing." (client-provided description)
