You must already have a small team (1–3 SDRs or assistants) that you manage.
I will only communicate with you.
You manage your people.
You deliver results.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (FULL RESPONSIBILITY)
You will run 100% of our outbound sales engine:
Build all lead lists (using your tools + AI)
Manage your own team to execute outreach
Write all messages (LinkedIn + emails + follow-ups)
Operate daily outreach across multiple channels
Handle all follow-up sequences (6–10 touches)
Qualify prospects
Respond to all replies
Book demos directly into my Zoom/Calendly
Report weekly results
Optimise everything without being asked
You and your team must be completely independent.
I will not be writing scripts
I will not be giving tasks
I will not be managing your team
I will not be checking on you
You must know exactly how to run a full outbound engine.
