About Fusia Tech
We're building a specialist AI-powered SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) platform for high-risk, heavily regulated medicines in the UK private healthcare sector.
Our focus areas:
Medical cannabis (CBPM) – clinical decision support, prescribing, dispensing, patient outcomes
ADHD – controlled drug management, NG87-compliant assessment pathways, shared-care coordination
GLP-1 weight management – structured eligibility, monitoring, and compliance for obesity treatments
Ketamine therapy – treatment-resistant depression protocols, outcome registries, controlled drug audit
We're building the audit-native operating system that protects clinics with SaMD-grade governance while helping them scale safely in politically sensitive, high-growth sectors.
Current team:
Tech PM (also a qualified developer) managing product development
8-person tech team working full-time on UI/UX and development
2 advisors including a professor from Johns Hopkins University and a specialist in psychedelic medicine
Multiple UK clinics as partners
This is a ground-floor opportunity in sectors that are exploding right now.
The Role
I'm the founder, leading product and tech. I need someone who can handle literally everything else.
You'll be my external brain, company representative, and strategic operator. This isn't a "take notes and schedule meetings" VA role – this is a build-the-company-with-me role.
You'll own operations, strategy execution, partnerships, fundraising prep, and anything that needs figuring out.
What You'll Actually Do
Strategic & Company Building:
Help me think through big decisions (new features, company direction, priorities)
Draft investment plans, pitch decks, and grant applications
Research and present options for complex problems (contracts, partnerships, market strategy)
Represent the company in meetings when I can't attend
Build and manage relationships with advisory board members (contracts, coordination, communication)
Network building and partnership outreach (clinics, pharmacies, investors, grants)
Operations & Execution:
Draft emails, messages, outreach – anything that needs clear, professional communication
Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions
Organize research, track decisions, and maintain documentation
Light PM support: tracking priorities, reminding me of deadlines, organizing workstreams
Handle contracts, legal documents, and compliance paperwork
Manage my calendar and personal admin when needed
Problem-Solving & Proactivity:
Figure shit out before I have to ask
Spot what's falling through the cracks and fix it
Research solutions to problems I don't have time to solve
Challenge my thinking when I'm stuck or going in circles
Keep projects moving forward without constant supervision

Bonus points:
Startup, consulting, or ops experience
Experience with investment docs, pitch decks, or fundraising
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulatory sector knowledge
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to work faster
You've worked with neurodivergent founders before (I have ADHD/autism)

A basic VA role doing admin and data entry
A rigid 9-5 job with fixed tasks
A place where you just execute orders without thinking

Working Style
Fully remote, async-first (occasional calls when needed)

Start small (5-10 hours/week), scale as things ramp up and we work well together

Tools we use: ClickUp, Notion, Evernote (flexible based on task); tech team uses Jira
